The person who came was a neighbor living in the same tenement building. They usually only exchanged greetings when they met, but Shu Yun was very grateful that the neighbor came out to find her in such an emergency.

"I'm fine." Shen Rujun saw Gu Jun returning with Shu Yun. Gu Jun nodded to her, and she forced a smile, trying to cheer herself up, but she couldn't help but worry that Gu Jun would back down or regret it if he saw the scene before him.
